Reporting of wrongdoing and irregularities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This procedure governs the methods for reporting violations of national or European Union regulations pursuant to Legislative Decree 24\/2023, which implements EU Directive 2019\/1937 (Whistleblowing).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The procedure applies to Biodiversa S.r.l. (hereinafter the \u201cCompany\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Biodiversa S.r.l. promotes a corporate culture based on ethics, legality, and transparency, encouraging the reporting of illegal conduct or irregularities that become known in the workplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The procedure guarantees:
\u2022 confidentiality of the whistleblower's identity
protection from retaliation
\u2022 impartial handling of reports<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Anyone can make reports:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
employees
employees and consultants
suppliers and partners
candidates and former employees
\u2022 interns and volunteers
\u2022 any subject that has professional dealings with the Company<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Violations of national or EU regulations that harm the public interest or the Company's integrity may be reported, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
crimes against public administration
fraud and corruption
\u2022 violations of occupational safety regulations
environmental offenses
\u2022 data protection violations (GDPR)
- accounting or financial irregularities
\u2022 Violations of Legislative Decree 231 or internal procedures
- serious ethical misconduct<\/p>\n\n\n\n
They are not included:
\u2022 personal disputes or interpersonal relationships
\u2022 Commercial complaints or customer requests<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Company provides the following channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dedicated Email: Alternative PEC: Mailing address: Reports can be anonymous, but named reports make investigations easier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The report should include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n description of facts Reports must be made in good faith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Reports are handled by the person appointed by the Company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Times provided for by Legislative Decree 24\/2023:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 confirm receipt within 7 days Additional information may be requested during the investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Maximum confidentiality is guaranteed on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 reporter's identity Data is processed in compliance with GDPR and the Privacy Policy: Any form of retaliation is prohibited, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 dismissal or suspension Retaliation is prohibited even if the report is not confirmed, as long as it is made in good faith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The whistleblower can directly contact ANAC when:<\/p>\n\n\n\n the internal channel is not active ANAC Channel: Reports and documentation are kept for a maximum of 5 years from the closure of the proceedings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Anyone who makes false reports with intent or gross negligence may be subject to disciplinary and legal liability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This policy may be updated periodically.
